We are a residential real estate appraisal company specializing in traditional homes, condominiums, townhomes, manufactured homes, vacant land and small income producing properties.  Our services include appraisals for lending, proposed construction, foreclosure/REO, Realtors, estate work, and PMI removal.  We use ACI software and are able to deliver appraisals in many formats. 

We pride ourselves on fast turn times and customer service.  Inspections are scheduled within 24 hours of the order and our turn time from inspection is generally less than 48 hours. Please do not hesitate to call with questions or special request.  We are here to serve you.

In a race that had significant implications on real estate appraisal regulatory modernization legislation, Rep. Paul Kanjorski, D-Pa., held off a fierce challenge from Republican Lou Barletta and was elected to a 13th term. Kanjorski, Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee Subcommittee on Capital Markets, Insurance and Government Sponsored Entities won with 52 percent of the vote, despite polls showing him trailing until the end.
